The levels of vitamins and minerals for both Berocca® Performance and Berocca® Boost - even taken together - are all well below the Tolerable Upper Safe Levels. What’s more, the vitamins and minerals in both Berocca® Performance and Berocca® Boost are all water-soluble, meaning that what is not required by the body will be excreted via the urine.
